New Community Partner - Hormones on The Blink

Why Hormones on The Blink are supporting us as a Community Partner

"We are delighted to be supporting The Late Discovered Club (LDC) as a community partner.  The work of LDC is so incredibly important in helping the late discovered autistic community having an accessible, inclusive, safe and relatable place to call home.

Hormones on the blink are particularly passionate about raising awareness about the intersection between hormones and Autism & ADHD with a focus on peri menopause and menopause. We know that the combination of hormonal changes and late discovery can be an incredibly vulnerable time for women and is why we are so committed to supporting communites and making this information accessible to all.

HOTB are a Hormone health and menopause training provider, empowering a more positive menopause and hormone health experience through interactive, educational workshops and training both in the workplace and the community."

Meet the Founder of Hormones on the Blink

"After realising I was in perimenopause at 40, frustrated and angry at the lack of information and support out there, I created Hormones on the Blink initially to share my experience with others. This journey led me to retrain as a Menopause and hormone health educator.

Along the way, perimenopause has been challenging to say the very least and was the catalyst for my personal autism and adhd discovery. I couldn't be more grateful to what the Late Discovered Club podcast has given me, the opportunity to hear and relate to so many women's late discovered journeys.

It made me feel seen, understood and less alone at a very critical point in my life. It was like therapy in my ears, thank you Catherine." - Sophie Cartledge, Founder
