Starts Friday 28th February 12pm-1pm A 6 week online zoom support group for late discovered autistic women, wherever you are on your journey, and wherever you are in the world, and self-identification inclusive. A place to share stories and experiences, explore your late-discovery journey and to connect with other late discovered women. We'll explore our experiences around themes such as late discovery, masking, burnout, and our sensory, emotional and cognitive worlds and each week will be focused on a specific theme with the opportunity for all participants to talk about their own experiences. Hosted and facilitated by Psychotherapist Catherine Asta
In this interactive 1.5 hour session on zoom, Catherine will share and talk through her Frequency Circle Tool - a tool Catherine has developed as part of her 'Rediscovered' Toolkit and show you how you can use the 12 'S' of the frequency circle in your every day life to help you reconnect to your autistic self and better tune into what helps you thrive.
