Post Discovery Support Circle - February Cohort

Starts Friday 28th February 12pm-1pm A 6 week online zoom support group for late discovered autistic women, wherever you are on your journey, and wherever you are in the world, and self-identification inclusive. A place to share stories and experiences, explore your late-discovery journey and to connect with other late discovered women. We'll explore our experiences around themes such as late discovery, masking, burnout, and our sensory, emotional and cognitive worlds and each week will be focused on a specific theme with the opportunity for all participants to talk about their own experiences. The Frequency Circle (1.5 hour LIVE session with Catherine) - 11th March 2025

Community Connection Circle (FREE) - First Monday of each month 7-8pm

A FREE monthly zoom meet up for our community members and circle particpants.

A place to share the highs, lows and everything in between - connect with others in our community and feel a sense of belonging in small breakout rooms. The zoom link is shared in our monthly community news and over in our mighty online community space.

Rediscovered Book Launch Event (LEEDS) - 21st February

Come and join Catherine (and guests) on the day of the books publication to celebrate the launch. Catherine will talk in conversation about the book, and set out her compelling 5 part manfiesto for change to power progress along with a Q&A. There will be time for networking and a meet and greet with Catherine along with hot drinks and refreshments. The event is at The Leeds Play House, and starts at 11am and will finish at 1pm. 100% of ticket profit sales will be donated to The Ilkley Food Bank Charity.

Rediscovered Book Launch Event (Online) 24th February

Come and join Catherine (and guests) during the week of the books publication to celebrate the launch on zoom. Catherine will talk in conversation about the book, with guests, and set out her compelling 5 part manfiesto for change to power progress along with a Q&A. The event starts at 6pm (UK time) and will finish at 7.30pm (UK time). 100% of Ticket Sale Profits will be donated to The Ilkley Food Bank Charity. A charity that Catherine and her children were supported by throughout her chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment during 2 xs breast cancer. Catherine pledged that when she was well enough, she would find a way of paying forward the support. When booking your ticket, we ask that you please make a donation.

Join us for this online 'In Conversation With' Series event with Family Lawyer, Hannah Saxe hosted by Catherine Asta.
In this zoom event we will explore: Different options for resolving the finances/arrangements for children e.g. solicitor lead negotiations, mediation, going to court plus looking after you (with some tips for self-care during the process)
